In over 10 years working in the industry, I have developed my skills under Michelin Star chefs, James Beard Award winners, and celebrity chefs. Through training with prestigious chefs and staying dedicated to my craft, I honed my talent and became a Chef de Cuisine at the age of 25. Born and raised in the Bronx, I began my culinary journey at home. I watched my mother not only work in the kitchen at our house, but also run a beautiful restaurant. Sharing her love for food and being the glue of the family made me realize at a young age that food has the power to bring people together. I’ve always known I had a love for both art and food, and I discovered how to express that love on a tastier canvas. At 14 years old, I got my first job at a pizzeria washing dishes. Believe it or not, many of the world’s greatest chefs start right there. While working at the pizzeria, I always knew I wanted
more for myself, and I felt a desire for the knowledge that was being kept from me. My soul gravitated toward the stove, and that’s when I found my true passion. It opened an entirely new world for me and ignited a fire inside. Over the years, I worked my way through many New York City kitchens, learning from the best of the best in fine dining, pastry, molecular gastronomy, and more. Now, at this stage in my life, I know that my journey is just beginning. I’m more eager than ever to share beautiful, delectable dishes with the world.
