My love for baking was sparked in my childhood, where I spent hours in the kitchen with my mother, who taught me the art of making comfort food. What started as a simple enjoyment of sweets quickly grew into a deep passion for the craft. As I got older, I became fascinated with the precision and creativity involved in pastry, and I decided to pursue my dream by enrolling in the International Culinary Center. After graduating, I had the honor of working at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Not only was I given lifelong friendships, but I also had the opportunity to expand my knowledge. Little did I know, my journey as a chef had just begun. Over the past few years, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some of the best chefs NYC has to offer. I can’t wait to share what I have to give, one sweet tooth at a time!
